Barn Work Party

Join the MARE Team as we work to improve the pastures and arena at the farm. We will be doing a variety of maintenance tasks and are asking our community to come together to lend a hand.

• Trimming brush under all fence lines
• Replacing fence lines, placing new posts, and making sure all fences are hot for winter
• Painting and repairing jumps and trail obstacles
• Building feed stalls into the fence lines for less stressful grain time for the horses
• Cleaning, organizing and labelling horse tack and blankets
• Cleaning water tanks, feed tubs, etc.

We are asking folks to sign up for slots, so we know how many folks we can plan on attending. This will help us have an organized plan moving forward.

Saturday night, we will end the night with a pizza party and movie in the indoor arena.

Sunday morning, we will start the day with coffee, bagels, pastries, and an assortment of fruit to power through the day.
